Elite 48 message waiting stopped....

I'm sure I did something to screw it up, but my message waiting lamp isn't working on my phone any more.

I have the in-skin voicemail (with the CF card), and it was working fine until such time as an automatic callback started flashing. I found that Feature 88 turned that off, but in my quest for finding a code that would do that, I must have turned off my message indication function.

Any thoughts? I've verified the voicemail box with my laptop, and went through the programming on the station, and even restarted the PBX... still no voicemail indication. Anyone know of a code I may have pressed to turn it off, and more importantly, one to turn it back on?

The first thing I would do is log into your VM box and make sure you clear (listen to) all new messages in your mailbox. That will make the VM send out a cancel lamp code. Then have someone leave you a new message and your lamp should light. If you have new messages and manually cancel the light on your phone the voice mail has no idea it's off and it only sets the lamp one time after the first new message, not after each new message.

There is no code that I know of that can perminatly turn off the light so it's not functional.
