Elite 192 trunk removal

we have an elite 192, we need to remove 5 trunk lines from the switch. currently we dial 9 to get out, we have 16 lines and want to go to 11 lines.

i have SAT for techs, i don't think i can do this task here, can you confirm.

also, which memory block would let me do this from the telephone, i fairly experienced with logging in to the programming mode.

If you have SAT for techs then go into Trunks,Trunk groups and change the lines you want from 01 to 00 (00=no group).

If SAT automaticly downloads from KSU as soon as you cannect then you only have End User SAT.

i went through my sat, under basic, there is section called CO/PBX Trunks and then you have the option for System Wide, Trunk Base or Timers.

I don't see an area where you can put 00 or 01.

Go to Trunk Base and then on the right side highlite the trunk number (eg. CO 5) then Trunk to Trunk Group (listed halfway down) might may say the trunk is in 01 ,change this value to 00 and do this for each line you require to be out of service.

Enter programming,
CO Line key 3,
TRF until you see Trunk to Trunk Group assign,
CNF to advance to unwanted lines,
change to 00 or 02 or 03(anything except 01)
TRF to write,
CNF to next trunk and
## to reenter program number

I think the mem block is 3-03 but not sure, that's why you first TRF through the blocks to locate.
