Elite 192 Analog VM Integration

Hi All!
I am new to the NEC Electra 192 and I have to add an analog VM integration for a third party voice mail. This is what I have done so far:
Installed an SLI4, tested, got dial tone, can call the analog port.

Went to 4-35 and programmed first two ports to VM/yes.
Now when I call the phone that is forwarded to the first SLT ext it will ring that ext, but I don't get any inband DTMF after I answer the SLT port. What am I missing?
Do I have to put these slts in the hunt group?

I used to do a lot of 3rd party voicemails and all I had to do was:
4-35 set appropriate ports to vm
4-14 / 4-15 set ports to hunt around to each other when busy.
1-8-08 allow message indication
1-8-26 enter vm pilot number
1-1-47 set 502 and 503 to the correct message set and cancel codes

Once that was done I never had a problem.
