elink server setup with disabled POP3 on exchange in OTDS enviornment

Hi

we have an exchange 2010 environment with disabled POP3 setting. we have installed elink server 10.0 on the CS admin server. we use OTDS to manage login to content server 10.5. we have followed the champion guide for elink and exchange 2007 to setup the system. we have defined the virtual hostname as required in the manual. So far, we are unable to set the 'my mailbox' for all accounts EXCEPT for elink user, defined in the elink server config file.

SMTP and POP3 tests in CS admin elink page are working fine.

what to do in order to setup 'my mailbox' config screen for each user other than elink? what are we doing wrong?
