Hello,

Have you come across this message in your mailbox while trying to reply to a eLink discussion? Please let me know if there is a way to resolve this issue. The message says that the email address is not unique. I queried the 'KUAF' table and ensured that the email address belongs to only one user.

if you have done that I would check the kuafprefs table to see if the offending email exist there too.Livelink looks at the kuafprefs table first and then goes to kuaf to get the default for notifications,maybe I am not sure if elink also has some logic going in.Having said that I too have seen that message and by far I have been able to find the dupliactes.I would possibly check deleted accounts too and see if the email address appears among them too.
