Yes.
In the MM VMSC (Start>Programs>Avaya Modular Messaging>Voice Mail System Configuration) then open the Telephone User Interface and go to the Message Timing tab. Change the Minimum Message Length in Seconds from 0 (default) to 1 or 2. This will then not trap the click for a hangup in a message.
