Eliminate Update Promt when use OLE

I have setup a small db(no tables just a front end) that based on what the user chosses from a combo boxes and which buttons are pushed will open a second form that has on OLE frame on it and displayed in this frame is a specified portion of an Excel Spreadsheet. This part all works fine but the problem that I have is the number of prompts that I get when opening the form. Are there are any switch's that I can use with acOLECreateLink to automatically update without prompting or anything else at all that I can do? I would really appreciat any help on this no matter how obscure. Thanx again for the help
