Is there a way to eliminate the voice mail one that occurs when foward on busy call goes into voice mail "bee deep". First we go rid of he ring, now they want the voice mail transfer tones gone. I know that a buton forwarded phone dosen't make tones...Tried playing with different capabilities, but no luck so far.

If you are using the norstar voicemail interface, try this. Log into the users voicemail box then do the following.

Press Admin.
Press Greet.
Press CFWD.
Press Next.
Press CHNG and change Display Caller to N.
Press Quit

I don't think this is possible when using the CallPilot interface, but I seem to remember that changing the users COS to one that uses NVM, making the change in the mailbox, then changing the COS back to 1 worked.

Worked, I set up a second class of service that uses Norstar instead of Callpilot interface. Set up the forwarding rules that you listed then shut of the forwarding... No beep. Haven't switched back to COS 1 but it works. Thanks
