What is a good way to eliminate spam emails? We have a company that controls our domain and they can filter it, but I was wondering if there is any software out there that could help. Any suggestions or tips?

I use outlook's rules wizard to block domains as messages are received.
ie *@getrichquick.com,*@viagra.org, etc, future messages from said domains are automatically deleted.
