Eliminate QuickViewer??

I need to eliminate Quickviewer from the client because my users open all e- mail without verifying if they can contain virus. I need eliminate the the icon from the menu [VIEW]>>[QUICKVIEWER] and the CRTL+Q option.

I do not want that the users use the quickviewer option from any form.

I non desire that the users use the option of quick of no way.
