I am working on an Elite IPK and I am trying to find the correct program to eliminate the need to dial 9 on an extension set up for a credit card machine. I have given it a DID, and extension, it can make and receive calls, but don't want to have to dial 9 to access an outside line.

Eliminate need to dial 9 on Elite IPK

4 - 23 is where you put the 9 for outside line access so it will prime line (automatically get an outside line)
