Eliminate data returned from form

I have a subreport that provides a list on the report. It's record source is a stored procedure. It get's it's data from a list box on a form.

What I am trying to do is have it return all the items the user has except for certain ones. For example, if the user selects dog, cat, horse, turtle...I do not want it to show horse or turtle.

I would appreciate any help as I have searched through the keyword search to no avail.
