Hello All. I have a report that shows on time shipping info. It is grouped first by the [primary reason late]. Then in the detail section, it shows all the orders. When I run the report, it first gives mee all the orders that do not have a [primary reason late] (which are on time) and then groups all others by the primary reason late:
EX:

Block Electric Shipped 2/1/02
Billquga Consulting Shipped 2/10/02

Code:10 Credit Hold
Allied Electric Shipped 2/1/02
Anderson Shipped 2/1/02

Code:62 Order Rec'd Late
Xergon Shipped 1/12/02
Radchem Shipped 1/31/02

Is there a way to have only the orders that actually have a [primary reason late] show in the detail section? Each line of data in the table has a field where you enter the [primary reason late] if there is none addes, it is on time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Gus

Can't you just eliminate them in the report's Record Source, by adding "WHERE [primary reason late] IS NOT NULL"? Rick Sprague

You may also want to look at the IIF statement.
