Elevator Push-Button will not disconnect

On an ASU off of a 3300 MXe III expanded, v 4.2

I have the exact same issue I found in the thread above, where the push button would keep calling back because it never goes on-hook. I changed the Positive Disconnect to yes in the CoS and now the elevator does not call back but it still stays off-hook, and you can actually hear the reorder tone coming from the 3300 through the elevator phone speaker... It eventually hangs up but it takes about 5 minutes..

As stated in your referenced thread the last comment is:
"Return disconnect tone when far end party clears"

Make sure the Elevator extension has this set in its COS, it has worked for me in the past and should not provide reorder tone. It is then up to the device to clear down on busy tone.

Positive disconnect is in the ONS/OPS circuit descriptors not COS
