We had our elevator renovated and the elevator guy is telling me that he only sees 18V for the analog line going into the elevator. I have yet to test it with a volt meter, but is there a setting in the G3si to alter the voltage of an analog port? He says it has to be 48 volts.

Some of the older analog boards (TN742) used 24 volts. Depending on wiring distance it may drop to 18 volts. The newer analog boards (TN746B and TN793) are 48 volt packs.
