Element Mgr. not showing SRG info

When I go to Config/Resources/SRG on a particular BCM 50 it comes up blank. My other BCMs display OK. Any thoughts?

Could be the version of element manager
Down load the latest one which is backward compatible

Older EM versions won't show the pages on the later releases eg. Rel 6

Did that, didn't help. I have 13 other BCMs that are displaying fine.

Have you tried downloading the EM software from that particular troublesome BCM system and seeing if you get the same problem. I'm guessing that it is a SRG keycode that has been installed?. It does seem odd that you can't see any information.

I take it that you do see the SRG folder under Resources (I think)?

Are any off the other bcms the same release as the problem bcm

What version is the bcm50?
West version off element Manager are you using.?

The BCM in question is a R5 running 9.0.1.30.572. I do have 1 more like that which is displaying fine. Most of my other BCMs are R3 running 6.0.2.05.237. EM version is 62.0.5

It's odd as the keycode is for SRG!
