Element manger dongle not working

Running option 11c
Element manager 3.0
Went to log onto element manager and it was unable ro find the dogle, prior to this there hae been no problems.
The only change has been that we installed software that required a dongle. After installing this the dongle for the element manager no longer works
any ideas on how to fix this

Yea we tried that a couple of times and nothing still the same thing
The other thing is that we uninstalled the software(real time diplayes) which used a dongle and after that it stopped working
