does anyone know if element manager has a reporting tool or a diagnostic area for dropped calls or problems w/IP sets? i have a branch office that is registered to our headquarters and they're complaining about dropped calls and sometimes they can't make calls.
so i usually log in to their Switch and their Sig Server to look for errors but can't always find a problem.
does Element Manager have somewhere i can go and view what is wrong in real time?
