Element Manager virtual terminal 3.0

Hi gang,

I want to setup a virtual terminal to TTY into the 81c via the web browser. I have done this before in a 4.0 switch but I cannot find it in the 3.0. Was this a feature added after 3.0 or am I forgetting a step? I thought there is supposed to be a link under Administration to add a terminal......?
