element manager not installing

I downloaded Element Manager to a pc desktop. I double click on it then an error message pops up "Magic number is incorrect, get a new installer". It did this three times in a row. What is the problem here.

had the same issue. install winzip or winrar on your pc and open the .exe installer with winzip or winrar.
unpack the contents of the file and run the setup from the archive.
