Element Manager 62.0.5

Team hello
I have a strange Element Manager issue, my element manager running on windows 7.0 pro 64bit ,stopped opening.
when i try to open BEM it flashed for a second the logo box and then stops , never loads.
This BEM was working fine for a couple of years and it is loaded with many system details. Anyone had the same experience?
Any ideas?

Not yet, Win7 Ultimate 64 bit here.

I would say a re-install maybe....backup the data if you are doing multiple sites.

YES more than 200 systems in the database.. just to copy the bem folder is enought?
i have backup but it will take time to restore.

Seems I did a FAQ on this in 2010:

I suggest copy the whole folder anyway as its roughly 250 megs with 5 sites then do the instruction per the FAQ then let us know if it worked out then you can just keep/backup what was required.

Forgot to add about coping the folder.....file structure for both EM and Windows has changed.
i.e. I no longer have a "virtualstore" folder so i had to edit the FAQ to include another location.

I'm on Win7 Ultimate 64-bit, too. I'm still using version 62.0.3 and it works fine. My Java is up to date, so not sure why yours stopped working. Maybe try running as admin?

I solved this, by copying the BEM folder to another directory then uninstalled the BEM and then rebooted.
Then i tried the installation again and started with no issue it asked for past installation files and pointed then to the secured stored directory with BEM.
Everything got back to my BEM including all folders and stored info.
