Electronic signature in Access 97

Anyone have any luck developing electronic signatures in access 97?

I would like to have reviewers approve or reject documents and have then sign electronically.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this.

I do not want to attach an image of a signatue. The use of user names and passwords to attach the signature is sufficient for 21 CFR part 11.
