Hi All,

We are implementing electronic lock feature. It works normally on COT and DID lines.
In LD 15 CCS_DATA, we set CCRS SRE to disable the set from making outgoing external calls.

The problem is that electronic lock is not working on TIE trunks connecting the PABX to another PABX. Thus the user which should normally access external lines from the second PABX will always do it even if his set is locked.

It works only if CCRS is FR2. However, in FR2 no incoming redirected calls are allowed.

We tried the FRPT settings in LD 17 PARM. However, these settings apply only for FRE but FRE does not deny dialing on TIE when the set is locked.

Any idea?

Thanks.

Can you just apply CCS_DATA CNCS - in other words, use NCOS as the control to stop phones from dialing out?

Hi GHTROUT

It seems you are helping me a lot.

I used CNCS and left CRCS as TLD. In NFCR, I denied the access code in the far end switch.
The electronic lock is now working on TIE trunks.

Thank a lot.
