Electronic lock issue

Hi everybody,

When the user DN 3355 lock his phone, the DID (IDGT = 2159855)of 3355 also turn locked.

You can dial to his DN but when we or anybody out there dial to his IDGT sounds like he´s busy.....

Is it a normal consequence of electronic lock ?

It´s a CS1000E small system...

Have you checked the CLS it is becoming once locked?

- SCPL x Station Control Password Length (SCPL), 0-8.
Entering 0 disables ELK and Remote Call Forward (RCFW)
features at next data dump and SYSLOAD.
- FFCS (NO) YES (Do not) change FFC end-of-dialing indicator.
- - STRL x String length 1-3 (prompted only if FFCS = YES).
- - STRG aaa Character string to be used (up to string length; prompted only if
FFCS = YES).

Plus, the system recognize the SCPL length without the SYSLOAD. I try this and it´s working....but I´m new in CS1000 programming...

Any advice it´s welcome

CCRS FR2 - I would chg that to CTD and test.

when I chg CCRS to CTD, electronic lock no works. The restriction for calls to large distance (NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL )and cell phones still are disable.

it work me when is FR2 only. I try with TLD, FR and the effect it´s the same with CTD.

the same thing....the lock only works with FR2, but when I set it the IDGT turns busy for outside callers.

I set the lock to all phones and the IDGT problem appears on that sets too.
