I was not too sure where to post this.
I am looking for a pre-defined form that can be emailed back and forth from Managers to me with all the info for a new hire or an employee that has been terminated. This form would have all info needed to setup the new user with email, passwords, etc. Also a means to check-off what needs to be deleted/removed when a person is let-go.
Does anyone out there use anything like this currently?
