Electronic Forms with Macola 7.5x ?

Is anyone out there using electronic forms with Macola 7.5x other than the 3rd party package that Macola pushes called "Check Factory"? Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

We just upgraded our Check Factory with TransMit for Macola. This allows us to spool print jobs into PDF's and email them using the A/R customers email filed and the A/P Vendors email field. It actually works! I'm curious why you are looking for something else? The only complaint we have is that it's a little slow.

Where can I get info for TransMit? Is that an authorized macola 3rd party solution partner? (Not that it would make a difference to me, I'm just curious).

I'm not really looking for something else, I just have a client that is tired of printing paper all the time. I do not like check factory all that much, especially the cost. What does TransMit cost?

Also, can TransMit do other forms - Order acknowledgements, AR statements, etc.

Transmit can email or fax any form, including excel and word files. Does not have to be in Macola. Great product. Check Factory and Transmit we have installed on 95% of our customers and they love it as long as it is installed properly.

Been real busy. SoCal is fantastic? To purchase transmit is $799, but don't quote me on that?

Alabama actually, Baldwin county about halfway between Pensacola and Mobile. Very nice weather but I'm not looking forward to July and August.

Transmit $799 on top of the check factory cost?

Can transmit create .pdf files of invoices for achive purposes? Do you have any info in this product? Website?
