I have a cordless NEC digital phone on this system. It's extension is 122. It rings when I call it internally but does not ring on external calls. The line buttons are on the bottom of the handset and light up and I can push them to answer the calls, but it does not ring or vibrate when the call is incoming. I have worked with Nortel systems and panasonic systems, just never NEC system. Can somebody help me?
