We have an Electra Elite IPK II . Some callers can use our dial by number feature (i.e. "dial 1 for service , dial 2 for sales" ) and some can not. It seems that our system does not recognize input from certain cell phone carriers (AT&T, Sprint) . Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this?
