I'm trying to capture ACD statistics (Calls In Queue, Calls Abandoned etc) via a PC Comport or a flatfile in real time format(1-10 second data refresh). I tried viewing the data output from the Elite to com1 on a PC via Hyperterminal and only see garbage. Is there any specific Emulation or Baud settings I need to try. Does this system support dumb terminals? Also is there a wallboard output with this system, possibly programmed through the CallAnalyst software?

Thanks In Advance

The ACD "MIS" Software is proprietary. If you can write something that will interface then you are a smart man.

This link gives you the options for ALL the NEC PBX ACD applications. Usually ACD or ACD Plus MIS package (quite "buggy" as of this writing).

Call ANalyst is for SMDR / Call Accounting only. If it's the base package, it's pretty limited.

For Hyperterm try 9600 and 19200 baud n, 8,1

It sounds as if you already have ACD functionality on the IPK system and want the bells and whistles of an MIS.
