I have a customer who added a ESI 8 card. The card and station numbers have been assigned. I am having a problem acquiring the SAT softare to program the nadditional phones. can someone please e-mail me the software?

SAT is optional. The phones can be programmed (even more easily?) from the main extension.

I can program up an IPK in about 15-20 minutes flat using the phone; whereas it takes me longer with SAT.

If you're just adding extensions, you would just programm them up in LK4.
