We just retired an Electra Elite 192. The replacement IP Office is connected in an entirely different way -- moved from OLD analog trunks to PRI, even all the phone numbers have changed (now using DIDs from a block used at a second location).
The line used to manage the NEC has been removed, but the old DID trunks are still active -- calling an old extension from the outside will get that users NEC VM. We'd like to record greetings on each of the old VM boxes which announce the users new phone number.
There is still one extension phone connected to the NEC. VM for the user of that old extension can be accessed, but we can't figure out how to access other boxes. I assumed that was possible, but don't see that in any of the manuals.
If possible, how can other VM boxes be accessed from this one extension?
BTW, I'm an employee of this company, not the installer.

Dial the voicemail, when is asks for your password, dial # (you should get to the main greeting) + 9 + the other mailbox number then that mailbox's password.

System is in a remote office, so a co-worker is assisting me. She says there's no security code on the mailbox, so VM immediately announces that there is no new email & asks "Do you want to" do this or that, etc.
Should the system still accept the prompts you've provided? Thank you

Try pressing # to get to the main greeting. Then treat it like you are calling in from the outside.
