Elearning Solutions integrated with Sharepoint

Hi,

I am searching for elearning solutions which could be integrated with Microsoft Sharepoint. Anybody having experience or thoughts about this subject?

I already found something on the Microsoft sites: Microsoft Learning Gateway:

Is this merely a framework or does it also provide tools to f.e. create interactive courses?
Anybody having experience with this Microsoft Learning Gateway?

I am looking for a tool which enables creation a kind of "movie" where people can click on the different options/buttons (it is screenshot alikes of an application they have to learn), and add additional comments for the people to guide them through the learning of the application. Is this possible with this Microsoft Learning Gateway or does it need to be done with 3rd party tools?

Any comments / suggestions are greatly appreciated.
