In ld 17 programmed elan 16 & vas 16 , how to get them enable , what doese the massege down mean and is there any relation that the OTM can`t estblish connection to the system?

OTM does not need an Elan connection (CallPilot and Symposium do)

1 on the Customer Lan
1 on the PBX Lan
To find PBX IP
LD 117 Prt Host (lists)
LD 137 stat elnk (shows you the active IP)

It's only dialtone-VZ
