Hello, out Elan between CC6 and Meridian keeps on dropping. Its re-establishes itself automatically after around 6 seconds. The Meridian switch reports ethernet timeouts. Anyone had a similar issues? Its dropped about 8 times today. I carried out a controlled reboot of the CC6 and this sorted the issue out for about a day and a half after that it dropped again.

Im getting the following error messages from the switch when the Elan drops:

ELAN007 ELAN 17 host IP=220.0.0.*** disabled, read from socket

does anyone know where com001 is located on the Meridian ?

You should try to connect the ELAN to a hub or a switch connected but with VLAN and to create a separate VLAN where you connect the CC ELAN and the PBX.

ok thanks guys. the elan is connected to the cc6 through a switch.
