Ejecting Usb Devices

I have many users now using removable USB flash drives on windows 2000 client machines. Users are complaining of the message shown when they remove these devices without ejecting them properly. Although users have been shown how to eject these devices some have forgotten (or never proplery understood how).

Does anyone know of a program or script that can eject usb devices ?
