EIS creation database application element error

hello
when trying to create a chart,graph or report in an EIS
database application, i have the error message : ERROR: Unable to populate OBJECTS. SCL variable OBJECTID does not exist or is invalid.
and there is no element in either object databases and
objects lists.

thanks a lot for responding me
