Eircon diva ISDN running very slow

I have a Compaq presario 900 laptop running windows XP home edition and i'm trying to install my Diva ISDN (USB) connection. I have downloaded the latest XP drivers and installed them with no problems but when I connect to the internet it stays connected but wont load any web pages. It either loads the page (which looks corrupted) or says 'Done' and leaves a blank screen. The problem doesn't seem to be connecting with the internet it just will not send or receive any data once it is.

P.S. it worked fine under XP on my old Advent laptop

Can anyone help. Its driving me mad. Cheers

I have managed to sort it. Spoke to tech support at eicon who e-mailed me a fix for the usb port, apparently theres a problem with the usb and win XP.

The diva product line on the isdn routers are very poor. Very cheap however, you get what you pay for. I perfer using cisco, lucent, and or nortel isdn equipment. “Reserve your right to think, for even to think wrongly is better than not to think at all”
