EIP - How do you populate an EIP column right after insert button ?

Hi Everyone,

Can you tell us how to pouplate a column in an EIP browse column right after the user chooses the insert button. We would like to populate the column with a value before the user has a chance to click on the column thus giving it a default value only when they insert a new row into the browse.
