We use to use static routes on cisco routers, with all our branches, there was no problem on voice communication

recently we implimented EIGRP all our branches as soon as we did that we get one way speech from branches with IP phones

revert back to static route problem disapears

we have three link to each branch so we decided to use eigrp to reduce the down time

why voice is blocking in eigrp waht parametrs do i need to check in eigrp

pls advice

It could be a million things...EIGRP or any other routing protocol does not block anything. It won't route properly, though, without the correct network statements in all routers.

From each subnet where there is an issue, do a traceroute to see what's happening to it.

One-way speech is almost always a routing problem - As Vince says you need to troubleshoot this between endpoints - from a PC connected to the same Voice VLAN/Subnet as an IP Phone you need to perform a traceroute to another endpoint in the voice network (another IP Phone on another site or a Voice gateway etc). You then need to do the reverse to verify the path both ways.

To be honest looking at routing tables should probably point you in the right direction.

I'd be surprised if it was anything else.
