Just wondering if anyone has tried using this? Is this CTI board compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro? Do I need to install this in each client PC or just in a Windows NT or 2000 server?

3 Things,

1st - You need a WORKING NETWORK (NT - 2000)

2nd - You need the PASSAGEWAY Telephony Server Software on the SERVER

3rd - You need the PASSAGWAW Telephony CLIENT Software on the Users/Clients

Of course, there is more to it than that.

What other questions do you have???

Thanks Merlinman, i'll keep that in mind.

Is the Eicon Diva R2 card only installed in the Windows 2000 server machine or each computer in the LAN needs to have the card installed?

Is there a 3rd party CTI software that I can use with this board other than the Passageway?

The Card goes into the server.

The Passageway Software is just the basis.

There are several applications available.

One Call Center Application is "TASKE".

Hey, while everyones on the CTI topic, I want to set up some the CTI on our inhouse system. I've never had to set this up before on a magix. What is the set up I'll need. I'd like to get VM on email and maybe even integrate it with our ACT! network.
