I am trying to install GFI Faxmaker on our Exchange server to integrate with Outlook 2000 clients. This is a WinNT 4, Exchange 5.5 box and I put the Eicon card in. At first it didn't work because we were shipped the wrong software. That's been corrected and the board now passes the line test. As far as I can tell, the CAPI protocols are being used. I installed Faxmaker and configured the users but I get a "failed to send fax, call failed" error message when I try to send a fax from my Outlook. I ran the troubleshooter for Faxmaker and their response was that the card was configured as a modem. I did notice that the Speed on the error report was only 14400. I have never worked with an ISDN fax board and was denied the request to bring someone who actually knew what they were doing in to assist. I am at a complete loss so any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
