EHDU mass updated and enabled, need to undo the change

We synced MiCollab Updates in Bulk Provisioning yesterday, most had Company Name change from AD, seemed harmless. Turns out it updated everyone's cell numbers and turned on External Hot Desking Enabled.
Ticket pouring in for calls now routing to their cell phones.

We would expect that it would just populate everyone's cell in MiCollab Corp Directory, (which it didn't do), not populate and enable this feature.

Is there a log that will show me which were updated so we can manually make their Cell Absent from their Multi-Device User Group?

Audit Trail Logs in the MiVB should show all programming changes that were made.

As far as the quickest way to fix, probably would be to export the Multi-Device User Groups form in the MiVB, open the CSV in Excel. You'll want to navigate down to the 2nd section titled "Multi-device User Groups Memebers", then you can filter down to only the records you want to change. Copy and paste the title lines of that 2nd section, along with only the changes you want to make into a new spreadsheet, save that as a "CSV (comma delimited)", and import that back into Multi device user groups.

Another option would be to restore from a backup that was made before you made the changes.

And learn the lesson taught here about making bulk changes without understanding the impact and testing first.
