Users are reporting that when a call follows the EHDU to the users cellphone and they do not answer, it goes to the cellphone voicemail but the receptionist/operator is getting conferenced into the call and can hear the cellphone voicemail. If the enduser answers the call while the cellphone is ringing then everything works fine. EHDU has no Call rerouting but is part of a PRG so that it rings both the desk phone as well as the cell phone. Users would like the calls to just end up in their cellphone voicemail when ever EHDU status is Present. and when absent it should goto their Nupoint voicemailbox. Any Ideas on what causes it to call the receptionist/operator?
