Egate -- Using Java Service for Bob translation

I am attempting to pass a file from a Batch Eway into a Bob which uses Java to do the translation. Unfortunately the Eway seems to break my file into smaller chunks and passes these chunks to my BOB. It seems to break them at carriage returns...Is there any way to pass the whole file in without Egate breaking them into chunks.

In your Batch eway configuration, you should use 'Single Record' instead of 'Delimited'.
