EFT in AP

Progression 76300c SQL2000 sp4. Looking for EFT option for AP. Saw one option through Exact but have gotten no call back from Marty Loveless on specifications. Peak used to have one that worked well, but they are gone, as is the institutional memory that was there. Early progression used checkfree, but they took it out of the mix several years ago. Recommendations for 3rd party vendors or enhancements known to work?

Actually I am installing this today and talked to another customer about it yesterday. This is the Peak product and it is still available. Call Exact NJ about this directly if you have their number.

I have installed this half a dozen times over the years. It is very stable once it is up. A big part of the process is getting the bank info setup correctly. Banks are so big nowadays it is sometimes tough to get the proper person. Once this is dialed in though it is very good.

I usually test by sending 2 small payments to the Controller's personal account, which will typically take a day for the bank to process. I never test with an amount of $1 even, I will test for 2 strange amounts like $1.02 and .93 cents.

Another good test is to pay some employee expense reports like this. Once this is dialed in with the customer internally, then it is an easier call to roll this out to the rest of your vendors.

According to Exact NJ, it does indeed. They have sent me a version that will work with my reseller license & I will road test it & see how it works. Thanks to Don for letting me know it still existed. Macola sales never got back to me, but I called NJ and tracked it down.
