We have been advised that due to Data Handling regulations we are required to have all our laptops and the server encrypted to prevent data we carry making its way into the public domain . We have also been told that we should be arranging to have our data backed up by an external source and not doing this internally.
is anyone aware of IT Data issues and the law and how we can make sure that we are adhering to it ?
