EFS folder encryption

Hi,

Is it possible to use EFS to encrypt a folder so that users can put items in a folder but not acess them once they are in there?

Essentially I have a software package which creates a file in a specified directory. I want everyone to be able to create that file, however I only want one user to be able to read/edit that file to process it.

I'm pretty desperate - but isn't everyone?!
