eFax services Failing

We have an account with eFax for a few of our employees and since July 18th we have had problems receiving eFax emails. The Brightmail server at our location is deleting the message due to 'malformed MIME'. I have gotten the logs from eFax and my server team and I am trying to determine if the problem is on the eFax side or on our machines. This is the log file eFax supplied
