EF4437C7.dll Causing 100% CPU

Has anyone seen this dll or some thing similar in their processes - EF4437C7.dll, I have this load everyday but the dll is always named something different. It runs the CPU up to 100% even when no programs are opened. I've run spysweeper, bps spyware remover, MS Spyware, and our TrendMicro Office Scan antivirus software with no detection of any malware.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I used WinTasks to find that the .dll in question it was from BPS Spyware Remover. It uses a couple different .dll's for the realtime monitoring, I uninstalled the program and the system is much faster.
