Educational/Career councelor?

Hi,

After much contemplation I have come to a decision that what I really need is some professional guidance. Does anyone know of an "educational/career councellor" that I can "sign up" with? Specifically I am interesting in earning an E-Business Bachelor's degree (I have IT experience...). Over email, or the phone, preferably the phone I guess. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me out....I'm desperate.

Why would you need a career counselor since you state you are interested in attaining an e-business degree?

Because my situation is anything but normal. I am in Europe, I want to go elsewhere... I am not 100% sure E-Business is right for me... I want to know if I should earn an Associate degree first... The list goes on.
